I know very little Japanese but I’m about three or four hours in and I’m still having a blast. It probably helps if you’ve either watched or read or just know a bit about Gundam and its various arcs but even if you don’t and just like seeing giant mechs fighting it out, you’ll still have a blast.

Shin Gundam Musou Dynasty Warriors Gundam reborn for us westerners is pretty much a must have for DW fans, Gundam fans and character action fans alike. Oh and kudos to the seller and product handlers. Game arrived early with case, cover art, manual and cartridge intact and practically new. Other units from different series are unlockable, and unlike other DW clones, the DLC actually unlocks a sizable chunk of content – lots of extra scenarios and battles, instead of worthless customization features.

I played this knowing zero Japanese, and am able to do everything. Overall, if you like Musou games and are a Gundam fan, this is a great title to have as part of one’s Vita library.
