Data is encrypted in transit. This is going to sound strange, but while this controls great on a phone with quick corner touching I’d like the ability to play with a dual stick controller or even the original game’s controls on a tablet.

We do have keyboards and gamepads after all. But on mobile I can see why that comes totally out of left field. This is one great port and if you’re into games like the arcade game Total Carnage or the recent Sega Genesis game XenoCrisis, this is your kind of game. The joysticks on screen are mediocre at best. Left stick for movement is rigid, which means if your thumb drifts you’ll just stop moving.

This is made so much worse in a game where you can easily get stuck on the environment. Weapon switching is impossible on a tablet with the swap all the way in the top corner, far from either joystick. It’s a twin-stick shooter, but not optimised for mobile. The aiming joystick doesn’t work well, and the text is far far too small to read, so you can’t see how much ammo you have for example. Swapping weapons is waaaay too hard to do, especially when swamped by enemies.
